Who is responsible?
Nektarios Christodoulou operates Programs in Meta under the working trading name NC Web Ventures in Cyprus. This trading name is not a separate incorporated company. Contact hello@ncwebventure.com for privacy questions or requests.

Using the resource
The site does not set analytics or advertising cookies, create visitor accounts, offer a newsletter subscription, or embed third-party media. Its calculator runs in your browser. Values are not submitted to us or stored by the page and reset when you reload it. Downloading the pilot brief does not require an email address.
Technical delivery and security
When a website is requested, the hosting infrastructure receives technical information such as the IP address, requested URL, time, browser information and response status. Hosting and security providers may process technical logs to deliver the site, identify faults and prevent abuse. We do not use these logs for advertising profiles. Hosting is provided by Hostinger. Provider log and backup retention follows the applicable service configuration and provider obligations; we do not promise immediate deletion of all infrastructure copies.
If you email us
We receive your email address, message and any details you choose to include. We use them to answer your request, investigate corrections, and keep necessary correspondence records. Our basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and maintaining a reliable resource; where a request concerns a potential contract, relevant pre-contract steps may also apply. You do not have to contact us to use the site. Please avoid learner records, health information, identity documents or other sensitive information.
Correspondence is handled using Hostinger email and the operator's email applications. Existing or forwarded correspondence may also be held in the operator's Gmail account. These services and their subprocessors may process information outside the European Economic Area under their applicable contractual safeguards. We do not sell your correspondence or add it to a mailing list.
Retention and disclosure
We keep correspondence only while needed to respond, follow up, resolve a dispute or satisfy applicable legal obligations. The relevant criteria include whether the enquiry is still active and whether a record is needed to establish what was requested or agreed. We review deletion requests against those purposes; provider backups may persist until their normal rotation. Information may be shared with service providers needed to operate the site and email, or where disclosure is legally required. There are no customer payments or paid accounts on this edition.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us for access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal data we hold, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and request portability where applicable. Contact the email above and explain your request without sending identity documents upfront. We may need proportionate information to verify a request. You may complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection or your competent data protection authority.
Other websites and changes
Publisher links take you to separate websites with their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their data collection. We will update this notice when the site's features or processing changes; the date above identifies this edition. No advertising, affiliate tracking or subscription system is installed.
